The non refundable entry fee is to accompany your registration on line.

Tamblyn Young Model Discovery reserves the right to change date/s, location and logistics. No refunds are permitted If entrant can not attend new date/s. Entrant may however have the opportunity to be judged via zoom appointment.

Proceeds are in aid of the Childhood Cancer Support Charity

The entrant must use his/her correct age as of 10/12/20.

All entrants who are currently represented or managed by another Talent/Model Agent, must ensure they are legally in the position to be able to enter and must ensure they have the legal right to cancel any pre existing contracts with existing manager/agent BEFORE entering the YMD. Any Tamblyn signed talent/models are permitted to enter.

All entrants and Grand Finalists under the age of 18 years require the consent of their legal guardian.

All Grand finalists forms and agreements required for the competition must be signed by the entrant and or legal guardian.

Its understood, by entering all entrants automatically agree to waiver their image to appear in Social Media pages, Tamblyn Website and press related to the Young Model Discovery and Tamblyn Management

If you are chosen as a Grand Finalist and accept the position in the model search; as part of the competition, you understand and agree you are required to partake in the Professional Photographic Judging Photoshoot Sitting, charged to you at photographers cost price Tiny Tots and Kids Division $55 . Tween and Teen division is $71.50 and Includes professional Hair and Makeup. All Grand Finalists entrants will receive a complimentary 5x7 edited digital photo.

If you are chosen as a Grand Finalist and accept the position in the model search; as part of the competition you understand and agree you will be available for the Grand Final rehearsal and event/show on Sunday 11th July 2021, or forfeit your position in the model search. Tamblyn hold the right to change the date, venue and ticket price, should any changes need to be made that are out of our control and at Tamblyn discretion. The Grand Finale ticket price for guests attending the event ie: parents and or friends will be approximately $49 per ticket plus small processing fee, it is a requirement of entry a minimum of two tickets are purchased by the Grand Finalist (proceeds in aid of the Childhood Cancer Support Charity)

All Grand Finalists are to be available throughout the competition and 12 months thereafter for any promotional publicity shoots involving the media and give permission for the media and Tamblyn Models to use your image/likeness for any publicity regarding Tamblyn Models, Childhood Cancer Support and the Young Model Discovery, including social media.

I accept the condition that should I win one of the 3 winning categories in each division of the Tamblyn 2020 Young Model Discovery Grand Final, I agree to be represented with Tamblyn Management on an exclusive basis for a period of two (2) years from the date of 11th July 2021 and sign a 2 year management contract with Tamblyn Management, or waive all  benefits, prizes, goods, vouchers or awards received as a direct result of being a contestant in the contest and will reimburse immediately, the reasonable value of any used or opened prizes, goods , vouchers or awards damaged by me, should any or all of the following occur:

1. (i)  I change to, are listed or managed with/by another Model/Talent Agency or Management within 2 years of the Grand Final Date of the contest, 11th July 2021; or signed termed contract, which ever is the later.

2. (ii)  I no longer wish to honour my obligations as a result of winning any category of the contest.

3. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

I understand and agree the full terms and conditions outlined at time of submitting entry. I understand I can request to view the management contract before entering the Tamblyn 2021 Young Model Discovery.
